Welding process

We work with the latest welding technology. This unique repair technology makes us possible to carry out repairs that were previously not possible. Welding materials are welded using filler metals (these consist largely of the same materials). You only need short preparation times for cladding, and no pre-treatment or post-treatment (heating) of the weld. The fusion takes place precisely at the repair site and in the lowest ampere area. The build-up and joint welding process generates only a small amount of heat, so there are no disadvantages, as with the shielding gas and electric welding processes, such as high heat, smoke or welding slag.
There are no sink marks, heat distortions or deformations. Discoloration in the area of the welds is a thing of the past. This welding process can be applied to all common types of steel and cast iron. It also delivers excellent results for repairs to chrome-plated surfaces, it provides a flawless transition to chrome and there are no pores or gas bubbles, so the surface can be polished to a high gloss.
The repairs can be carried out when installed. Blowholes, scratches, marks, impressions and depth of damage do not matter.

Electroplating

The repair point is brought back into shape by galvanic application of precious metals (nickel, chrome, copper ...) and brought to dimensional accuracy by the usage of measuring tools developed by us. The result is a permanent and optically almost undetectable repair.
